AssistYou Control Panel is a dashboard designed for management and training of AI voice assistants, incorporating user-friendly interfaces, data management, model training, and security features to enhance performance and user experience.

Challenge

Clients need the ability to adjust, manage and train our AI voice assistant to better suit their needs and cover specific situations.

Outcome

Design and develop a centralized platform that enables clients to seamlessly customize and train our AI voice assistant, allowing for precise adjustment of the assistant's performance and behavior in specific situations to better align with individual client requirements and preferences.

During the research phase, I sought to understand the frustrations our clients go through everyday and what information impacts their business the most.
